Not a lot to be honest. Bad slot selection.....I played like on more than 100 different casinos but never have I been treated so badly...

Very unprofessional support agent. After I registered I asked the support whether the bonus is added automatically which was confirmed. After I deposited they suddenly were telling me I have 2 accounts and I can not get a bonus at all. Very misleading. After this shock I got rid of my balance on maxbets in a few seconds just to be informed afterwords that I got misinformed and they made a mistake and that everything is fine I have only one account on this casino. So I lost my 400 euro balance cause they tricked me into believe that I have 2 accounts which was not true. Then they said they are very sorry for misinforming me.

They then offered me 50 freeespins and they told me the freespins will be on 40 cents betsize asensation for my 400 euro loss. But those freespins were only on 25 cents. So basically I got lied to again. Absolutely terrible casino. I have played on almost every single casino out there. But I have never ever been treated as bad as here. Very fishy casino indeed.. I do not know how they can have a malta licence this is not right.

Received an email from Casinoluck. What the xxx. They want to charge me because of inactivity for 5 euro a month if I don't login into the casino within the next 30 days.Then I visited the casino and i cannot login haha!
This is scam. Whether I play or not the casino has to been on visited on my own will not by forcing from the casino.
I have asked to remove my account at this online casino and they did.

Here's my problem with I won 2000 dollars on sunday spins and go to the support and they claim I can only win 100. I then go to a slot bet 25 dollars a spin wasting the money for the points. I have over a hundred left and they paid me all of it. So the support lied to me and cost me 2000 dollars. I am very dissatisfied with this. I should be able to trust the support and what they say.I am sure they will try to claim some bs. They knew what they were doing!
